This is a beat driven movement practice that will leave you feeling stronger in your body and liberated in your mind.

Buti Yoga is a practice of primal movement, cardio dance + conditioning seamlessly woven throughout a balanced yoga sequence to help release and connect to your mind and soul. This movement is a beat driven and invites you to move out of your head and into your body. This practice will help increase your metabolic rate and release energetic weight from your body.

Wyld'n Out Is a movement practice will make you feel you are up in the club with your friends and moving to a FUN playlist! It's the best class to slide into the weekend releasing the week out of your body. This practice includes dance, yoga, and dynamic cardio movements.

Prop’d All things props! In this combination class we may use ankle weights, arms weights, yoga blocks, aerobic step, chairs, and booty bands for dynamic movement for a full body strength and toning class. All levels, all bodies.

Ensync is a movement practice that synchronizes movement + music with YOUR energy and is so FUN! This is a full body practice utilizes arm weights, leg weights (optional, not provided) and dance cardio. It is recommended if using leg weights, no more than 5 pounds (2.5# each).
